Due Date Billing

Due Date Billing

For your convenience, we offer you the option to choose your billing due date. Your choice of due dates are the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th, 19th, 22nd, 25th or 28th day of the month. We also offer floating due date options for consumer-members receiving Social Security benefits. Visit the Member Portal or call customer service at 800-262-5131 to set your due date.

E-Billing

E-Billing

Receive an email each month when your current OREMC bill is posted. By signing up for e-billing you will no longer receive a paper copy in the mail. If your payment is not received by the due date, you will also receive a late payment notice by email. Sign up for E-billing through the Member Portal using the email address you provide.

Levelized Billing

Levelized Billing

Of most benefit if your bill is over a $100 a month, levelized billing can smooth out the peaks and valleys of fluctuating or seasonal high bills, so you pay approximately the same amount each month. You must have a 12-month billing history and a zero account balance in order to sign up. Sign up for Levelized Billing through the Member Portal
