First, login to www.myusage.com or call 1-877-707-7017 to get your available account balance. After you determine how much you need to pay, go to www.oremc.com and click the PAY MY BILL link. Login in to our bill payment website and choose your method of payment. Change the ‘amount paid’ field to the amount you wish to credit to your account.
Credit Card Payments - Credit card payments are accepted by telephone (800-262-5131), online at www.oremc.com (Click the PAY MY BILL link), and at payment terminals located in the lobby of our offices. The third party processor, SEDC, charges a 2.45% convenience fee on all credit card transactions. OREMC does not charge this fee, nor do we receive any portion of the fee.
E-CHECKPayments - E-Check payments (electronic checks to be deducted from your checking account) may be made online at www.oremc.com (Click the PAY MY BILL link). We do not accept checks by phone. E-Check transactions are charged a convenience fee of $.60.
ONLINE BILLPAY Payments
We accept electronic transactions created from your bank’s bill payment website. These transactions are posted to accounts once per day. Because we cannot control which transactions are sent electronically vs. paper check nor how long it takes the payment to reach us, this method is not suggested if your account may be subject to disconnection before the payment is received.
