To access your hourly report you will need your member number and password—the same log in information that you use for our Bill Presentment and Payment website. However, if this is your first time on our site and you do not know your password, simply contactcustomer service and we will give you the password.
Now that you have an idea of how a query is performed now we can take a moment to review the type of information the report will provide you. Every report will concisely summarize all of your usage information. At the top of the page you will see the meter number you performed a search on, the date searched, total number of kilowatts in the time period searched, days of service, average kilowatts used during the time period searched, hourly interval minimum kilowatts used and the hourly interval maximum kilowatts used. You will also notice a daily maximum amount. All of this information is there to better help you get an idea of how much and when your electricity is being consumed.
Hourly data is received several times per day from the meter. In some instances, you might find a portion or all of a day missing from the report. This can happen when the communication link to the substation is temporarily out of service. Although this missing hourly data does not affect the accuracy of your bill, it will result in an incorrect total in the search results section. Your bill is not based on the hourly kWh usage. Your bill is calculated based on the current metering reading less the meter reading you were billed on your previous bill.
