Customers who use E-Billing and use an automatic payment method qualify for a $.60 credit on their monthly bill. The automatic payment methods that qualify for a credit are:

- Auto-Pay By E-Check through OREMC's website
- Auto-Pay By Credit Card through OREMC's website
E-Billing with Bank Draft
If you’d like to receive your bill by email and have OREMC automatically deduct the amount due from your bank account on a specific date, we’ve got you covered.
There is no charge for our Bank Draft Program. If you enroll in E-Billing and Bank Draft, you will receive a $.60 credit on each month’s bill. OREMC Bank Drafts are established and updated by contacting our office. Our customer service representatives will assist you with any changes needed to your banking information or draft date. OREMC processes these transactions and submits them to our bank on the requested draft date. We are able to set or change your draft date to any of the following days of the month: 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th, 19th, 22nd, 25th, or 28th. No check writing, no postage, ability to pick your payment date and a $.60 credit on your bill—this is a great group of benefits.

E-Billing with Auto-Pay By E-Check or Auto-Pay by Credit Card
Auto-Pay transactions are set up and maintained by the customer through OREMC’s website. Auto-pay allows you to schedule a recurring payment on the date of your choice. To help accomodate your selected payment date, we also allow you to select your billing due date. For information regarding changes to your due date please contact customer service at 1-800-262-5131. Begin the Auto-Pay setup process by clicking here. Once you have access to your account, click on the "Account Information" link and choose the Auto-Pay method of your choice.
E-Check and Credit Card Payments require processing through secure third-party service providers. Effective January 1st, 2008, E-Check Payments will be charged $.60 per transaction and Credit Card Payments will be charged a convenience fee of 2.45% of the payment amount.
If you enroll in E-Billing and Auto-Pay by E-Check, you are charged $.60 at the time of your auto-payment but you will receive a credit of $.60 on your next month’s bill.

Credit Card and E-Check payment transactions have additional costs beyond those of a typical mail payment. To recover these costs, convenience fees are charged to customers who pay by Credit Card or E-Check.
